Hey John i wandered if you and your crew could make a powerfull lich like Kaza (from the book of kaza in korgans quest) or Vecna. I personally think that it shouldnt be Vecna since he would probably be to strong and you should make an exuse for him being in Ravenloft. And if you took Vecna, then should you also put the vampire Kas (Vecnas former lieutenant) in the game, and his nice sword (+6 longsword defender ).
This is just some ideas i came up with.

Besides that it would be nice if one of you guys could send me something about Ravenloft.
