Item Locations (Possible Spoilers)

I want to know the location of some items. I want to know where to get the Shocking Flail +4. I also want to know the locations of all the potions that permanently raise stats. Thanks.

My Fighter/Thief has it.

Wasn't that mean?

Try in Dorn or Lower Dorn. I can't remember having it anytime before then. I think it's in lower Dorn, but I wouldn't swear to that.

I am thinking that the flail may possibly be in one of the tombs before the lich, I will check later today, but I still want to know the locations of the potions if anyone can tell me. Thanks again.
