Rikard is the leader/founding father, etc. of the OHF, the oldest clan on the board. I know not of the others. It stands for Order of the Holy Flame.

There are the laughing hyenas and the HABD as well to my knowledge. The LH were before my time and I created the HADB to make the newer people feel more welcome

In theory they are multiplayer clans, but they're just loose social gatherings at the moment. That will change with NWN I'm sure.
