I heard this on Paul Harvey about 2-3 weeks ago.
------------------------------------------------------------------------- In Brussels a woman was working in her garden. There was a flasher outside her fence trying to get her attention. She ignored him. He became more animated in trying to get her attention. She continued to ignore him. He then tried jumping around and cursing. She continue to ignore him. Finally he put his willy through the fence. He didn't see her dog...
