Also if you talt to the guy by the Beholder pit (cant remember his name) and then go to Gaal, you get the experience from Gaal, then you can go down to the beholder lair (dont fight beholder that has appeared outside Gaals room). Kill the unseeing eye in the beholder lair, come up and then kill the second unseeing eye.
