I have gotten out of spellhold (taking Saemon's offer) and I am now in Brynnlaw unloading some of the stuff I got in Spellhold. I have Galvena's medallion, the wardens note, hand of dace, ruby stone, Jon's key (I'm not using it for the portal, so can I get rid of it?), and a star sapphire. Can I get rid of a few of these things? Also, is there any place to restore level drain in Brynnlaw besides using Jahiera or Aerie? (They don't have it memorized so I would have to sleep for them to memorize it, cast it, get fatigued from casting it, and have to rest again). Also are there any upgrades for the horn of silence? Thanks for your help.

Nope. looks like all those items are just junk, throw them in a chest or something somewhere and continue on.

I can't remember a priest being in that town, I know a armorer is, but Im not sure if anyone carries restoration scrolls you can buy. Just memorize them and rest, 16 hours isn't going to do anything to you.
You can also wait till you get to the fish city, there is a priestess there who can probably cast restore on your persons.

There is a temple in Brynnlaw (Temple of Umberlee if I remember correctly), to the right of the Vulgar Monkey. You should be able to get levels restored there, and they will at least sell restoration scrolls.

You can drop the stuff you mentioned,there is a temple of Umberlee in BRynlaw.
