I absolutely love all of her songs. Complicated, Sk8r Boi, all of them!!

For me this is great, becuase I tend to like single songs of artists and then move onto the next artist.

The only other artist I like all of the songs by is Shania Twain. Also, did that sentence make any sense at all???

Any other opinions on Avril's and Shania's songs?

Lay back, it's all been done before.
And if, you could only let it be, you would see....
I think these lyrics are a piece of masterful art!

And, I like Sk8r Boi, becuase it tells a story, listen to the lyrics and it tells a story about, you guessed it, a Sk8r Boi!

I do not listen to Avril Lavigne.. but i thought it was pretty funny at the mtv music awards (yes i watched it) when the award she won was presented by the American Idol winner.. The Idol went to hug Avril and Avril kind of turned and squeezed her way out of the hug looking very 'dont touch me loser!-ish'

haha made me laugh..

I´m not sure I dare to ask this; but who is this Avril Lavinge? I figured out she´s a singer but I´m afraid I have never heard of her. How long have I been locked up in a cupboard? LOL

Avril Lavigne is pretty - nuff said.
As for whether she is a singer or not, there is a bit of contention over that

This article about her and "her" work actually has some truth in it... As for her music: sorry, heard it many many times being done before, and better as well. Definitely not that interesting whatsoever. Matter of taste, I suppose.

I'm patiently waiting for that next "revolution" where bubblegum pop is steamrolled by a more meaningful sound. We obviously can't have another Nirvana leading the beatdown, but at this point anything is preferable to boy bands, Britney Spears imitators and wannabe punk stars.
