I have finished school!
it's over
it's done

now the exams.....

but i liked school and i'll miss it so unimaginably that i don't know what i'll do without it, i guess i have to go well enough to get into uni and have another few years of school. Well now there is uncertantity, and dread, i don't know.... i'm worried about the future, and loosing contact with friends.

I'm excited, but sad

Dave, i'd love to go to Sydney uni or UNSW or Melbourne, but i'll see how well i go in the exams and what my marks allow me

Thanks Dreamer and Xen, i realise it's fun, but i just hope i can get in. In Australia you complete a HSC exam (higher school certificate), so that and your assessment marks throughout the year give you a UAI (university admission index) which is a rank, and the higher ranked students are accepted over the lower ones, plus the course has a minimum rank required, so my worry come from the possibility that i might not get in.

I'm in the same situation. I graduated earlier this year.

I would have gone to a university right away, but I have to go to the army first. I'm going to be summoned on 11th january and then i have to be there for 6/9/12 months. I hope i get away with 6 months so that i can start studying again asap.

I could have postponed the military service, but i don't want to go to the military when i'm 25 ;P

Way to go on making it through the glory years. And I am sure every thing will work out for the future.

Calon I did not know that you had to serve in the army in Finland. Good luck with that.
