No they are two different discs
The bonus CD was available if you pre-ordered BG2. Electronics Boutique may still have some, mine does, and I persuaded them to give me one when I bought a game.
The collectors CD is only available with the special Collector's Edition of BG2 which is out now.
The main benefits of both are an extra shopkeeper in the Copper Coronet and Adventures Mart respectively. Each has 10 high level magical weapons gleaned mainly from Torment and Icewind Dale.

If anyone has a copy of the collectors edition, please zip it to mm666@hotmail.com as I can't buy it in Scotland. Thanks?

If you guys really want access to the magic weapons etc in those two discs you can. The items are actually in the game already. They can be edited into your inventory using Shadowkeeper. Check the Ironworks main site, they should have a list of the items as well as a link to download Shadowkeeper. You can import them using Shadowkeeper and sell them to the Adventurers Mart. If you don't want to cheat, then make a note of your gold before and after you sell them to the adventurers mart then use Shadowkeeper to edit your gold back to what it was before (because you will probably have 100000gp at least after selling them). These 20 magic items will now be in the game, at the adventurers mart, ready for purchase.

I really don't like the Shaddow Keeper, I tried Gate Keeper once, and I think it makes it to easy to add extra stuff to you and your party. So thats not an option.
Somebody. Please contact me if you like to trade CD's

Fair enough. But don't you think that is just a question of exercising your willpower?

I don't know if you guys realize this, but there are actually 2 special editions...one had 2 cd's, and the other had only one. (I think one was the collecters edition, and the other the limited edition). I bought the collectors edition and only got one extra vendor.

However, the shadowkeeper editor really helped. I 'cheated' by giving myself one of the new items, and took off 50,000 gold from my inventory (I figured it to be fair), and i did it while my party is in the Coronet. I suppose i could have easily given myself any item, but that would be cheating, wouldn't it?
