How's about

Kijk mam, ik heb mijn diploma gehaald
Sorry meneer, maar het is voor aan de muur

Seriously though, I've always had trouble coming up with decent titles

Not sure they gonna like that

On topic : Do you really have to be creative ? Because : "Consequences of the first world war." sounds good and serious to me

You guys are the best! Thanks Magik, Melusine(especially for the advice on the lay-out), Mouse, Moiraine, Johnny, Legolas, Sever and Masklinn.

Hows this;

Splinters van een Gebroken Tijdperk
De Politieke, Geografische & Sociale Consequenties van de Eerste Wereldoorlog

translates to something like;

Shards of a Broken Era
The Political, Geographical & Social Consequences of the First World War

After all, Europa wasn't quite what it used to be after WWI.
But a shadow of its former self.

That's very good Dreamer!!
Only a single thingy... isn't it "tijdperk" rather than "tijdsperk"?

Other than that, it would be a very good title

sounds like a good title to me. I usualy go for the hidiously blunt discription for a title doesn't work to well as my teachers constantly point out

Thanks Mel. Corrected it
It might be a bit too dramatic though
Maybe I should consider Mouse' idea again...

The Candles of Europe: Descent into Darkness.

The First World Madness.

The Triumph of Lunacy over Reason.

There but for the Grace of God go I.

The Second Black Plague.

Thanks to Yorick and Blade for the advice and support.
But I think I'll change 'Splinters' to 'Scherven'. And keep it that way

Scherven van een Gebroken Tijdperk
De Politieke, Geografische & Sociale Consequenties van de Eerste Wereldoorlog
