Anna Nicole Smith found dead in Hotel Room.
Wow how bizzare. She had that Baby too. What a shame for the new Baby. No mom and who the hell is the dad. http://www.people.com/people

Hate to be apathetic, but it really doesn't phase me much. Too much pop culture anyway. In any event, I agree with Johnny. Steve Irwin dying? A sad, sad day. Anna? Not so much.
My condolences to the child, however. Now *that* is sad. |

Well I thought it was funny but then I watched the Larry King interview and her close friends are devastated but also angry about those who are cracking jokes about it.
Is she like our Generation's Maralyn Monroe? Though I never before saw the similarities I certainly do now. Steve Irwin, too, was a sad day. Though I must admit when I saw an "Oh Crikey!" sign sitting in a salt water fish tank at a Wal*Mart a few months ago and I couldn't stop laughing. Felt terrible about it, but couldn't help it.

Turns out she died of an overdose of TrimSpa pills, the same pills that she's been working as a spokesperson for, and had lost 31kg a few years back with the help of.

It's always sad when someone that young dies from avoidable causes, but she was a Texas girl, larger than life in every respect, and went out like she would have liked, in a blaze of publicity. Live hard, die young, and leave a good-looking corpse, as James Dean used to say.

Where did you hear that Bozos? They haven't even finished the autopsy yet...
You know, nobody's perfect. She definitely led a crazy life and obviously got addicted to drugs, lots of people do, and I certainly aren't going to condemn her for it. It's sad, I really had hoped that maybe her new baby GIRL would somehow convince her to get help. She was also very close to finally getting that money from the old guy, heck the old guy's son even died last year so it's up for grabs. I guess whoever turns out to be the baby's father will get the dough now. Ah well, rest in peace Anna. |
