As I am something of an expert on the subject, I fully concur with Milambers medicatoin and in fact suggest doubling it. Also the "Ice" beers are particularly potent so obviously I suggest you start from there. Cheers!

thanks everybody i'm fealing much better now. its not completely healed but i'm walking almost normaly now.

Good to hear you are feeling better Slackerboy!

Last time I did something like that, I had walked out onto my back porch in the dark wearing heels...missed the edge of the porch with the heel and went over my ankle sideways not just off the porch and onto my arse but into the fence as well LOL!
