That's the good news. The bad news is that can also happen if the monitor itself goes bad. I had one develop a bad flywheel, and the thing had to be replaced. So try moving the speakers first...

My speakers used to do that, in the lower corners of my screen. Since the day I got the screen I had the speakers there, so I didn't notice it. My friend pointed it to me when he came over.

I really recomend you try moving your speakers away from your screen.
