You want to watch it you know, posting when drunk on forums has got me into no end of trouble!

I was so wasted last night it's untrue - got home at 7.30 this morning from a party. Fortunately was too tired to post!

Yesterday (26th) was my bday party although it's actually today. So, I have, along with several others, got just a bit too much booze. I was so drunk that I was playing Flash. You know, it's the guy from the movie who is really, really fast. I was fast, but everything I drank 'disbalanced' me and I fell on the asphalt. Just now, when I'm not drunk, I saw the bruises on my elbow. My clothes stink of smoke and alcohol. Anyway, it was great !

BTW, happy birthday, Avatar!

Yes...hangover remedies...drink lots of water...no idea about the salt but probably to keep the body balance in check...you see, alcohol dehydrates you, that why most people get headaches afterwards. You can avoid that if you're sober enough to drink some BEFORE you sleep. Otherwise, ah well. And, ah, no this isn't from personal experience...honestly...

I've found that a hangover can be completely avoided by drinking water as people have said AND TAKING 2 PARACETAMOL/ASPIRIN before you go to sleep. In some cases this will have to administered by someone else as you will be too disoriented to find the paracetamol let alone put it in your mouth
*follows suite with the denials* Of course I'm not speaking for experience...

I have been in that situation indeed, luckily I managed to make fairly coherent posts. But usually if i'm really drunk I just go on MSN to vent my incomprehensible babble.

It makes me think, if IW has a Eurotwits, maybe there should be an official Drunk poster club?
I think the honour of leadership would of course fall to Lady Epona, who has entertained us all countless times with her jovial, and thoroughly readable sentiments.
