Well I finished the game, finally.......What a let down....I can't belive
: : : : : : : : : : : : : How unclimactic it was, has anyone else felt this. I mean I think Hell should have had a lot more battles. The final battle only took one reload. he called only 4 monsters, I was expecting a heck of a lot more(I'm repeating myself, probably due to shock). Am I the only one who had this reaction? let me know.....I hope TOB will have a better ending. |

Yeah I know what you mean, I personally thought the battle at suldanessar would have been enough.
It had a great entrance with all the revealing and emotional dialogue. And it also meant you had to use quick wit the first time you did it, as you could not summon monsters before, cast protective spells etc. I also found the suldanessar battle miles harder, although it was still relatively easy. I just sent 2 cacofiends next to irenicus and he wasted virtually every spell he had. In hell, I just summoned loads of elementals for support, then I morphed into the slayer, eazzy peezy. But overally I definetely agree with your point, Irenicus looked s**t as a slayer and it would have been much better if he summoned like 2 clones of himself and it would have been the suldanessar battle 3 times the difficulty. Imagine how difficult that would be! Just wondering did anyone find any spells really good against Joneth?? Breach saved the day for me! |

Speaking of suldenesalr(sp)
I was also surprised at the ease of the tree of life episode. Those sap suckers should have produced more that 2 elementals, how about a small army of elementals each, some more golems. Granted, I had some cool weaponry, but come on, it took only 2 people two mop the floor up with them. i'll tell you what, though, when they all died, right b4 hell, i got a littele scared. |

Don't worry, I just beat ToB and it has a hell of an ending. The video at the end is long and great. And... It's gonna take a lot of battles to beat the ToB final boss. She is more powerful even for your ToB level than Joneleth for your SoA level.
