I've been trying to search across the vast network that is the internet to find information on intense daydreaming. I have suffered from it for quite a while now and it is seriously affecting my schoolwork. I think it may be called dissociation, but I want to be sure. It's really annoying because I'l daydream for long periods of time and miss out vital things being said. And what's worse, I'm daydreaming about pure crap! Not literally, of course, but things of the utmost unimportance. Any help would be very much appreciated...

Go home, play something relaxing(Enigma, Enya etc.) and daydream for a couple of hours. You won't be daydreaming for the next week or so, plus it's really really great to just relax and think. Happy dissocations!
