The third molars. They come in in early adulthood (15 is common) and frequently cause problems in crowding.

Although some of us have to wait until our 30s for the pleasure! Seems mine are putting in an appearance incredibly late though, I really thought I wasn't going to get any at all, came as a bit of a shock!

Wonder why mine were so late? Odd!

Mine grew in straight but I was recomended to have them pulled by almost every dentist i met, just as a precautionary measure. I say forget about that My teeth have been naturally straight my whole life, hehe, so I din't need anything like surgery done to me if you dont want to be a worry wart then go on and get them cut out or pulled, either way, its a natural thing eveyrone goes through and nothing to worry about.
