Help-- I didn't pick up the flame tongue.

I have read all the postings about how to find the flame tongue. However, I completed the druid quest a while ago and did not get it. Is there any way I can get it now? I have gone back to the druid grove to try to find it with no success. Any help is appreciated.

I dunno, but I never used Flametongue before( I sell it), there are plenty of good weapons out there. So do not fret, just wield something else.

According to a previous post, the one from the adventure mart is the sword of flames. I am looking for the one that is +4 against undead.

huhh,

flametongue is part of the spoils from the last fight right outside the druid grove.

Items left lying on the ground disappear after a while.

Also if you meet Cernd at the grove instead of taking him into your party then this fight doesn't occur.

As far as I can recall, you can BUY the flame tongue from Bernard at the Copper Coronet..... someone slap me if I'm mistaken since I'm a bit delusional at the moment.... must have more coffee...

Edit: SLAP... sorry I just checked... that was the Sword of Flame.... so sorry.... where's my damn coffee!!!!

Thanks for all your responses. I think that Kezardin hit it on the nose. I didn't take Cern into my party. I just met him there. Too bad, it seems like now I can't get it. I don't seem to have any weapons that are especially good, but I'm only in Ch. 3 so maybe I'll find some soon!
