Help needed on entering new oics for HoW

I replaced the pics for the save screen, but I cannot get the pics changed in the play screen

HELP

Here's an update on my situation...I notice that there is a save folder, that has your last saved area, and the small pics included. But in BG and BGII, you have a Characters folder, and the BMP's there are larger, the ones I need. But HoW does not have that Characters folder that I need to install the pics...thus my problem...

I ran into the same problem Larry in Ice Wind Dale. You have to make sure you have both images I believe. if you dont have the big,and small image it doesn't work. I'm sure you probably know that now? But as I said you need both images for it to work properly in both screens wherever you got the images from they will probably have both sizes. if not you can scale down the image or inlarge it to acomidate what you need if you have a program like paint shop/etc.just left click on the image and say view that will or should give you the dimmensions you need.. hope this help's!! good luck.
