I've begun my role ascension for the samuri, but can't figure out where the baton is that must be passed. I figurd the crypt, but had no luck. Anyone able to help? I appreciate it!

It's on the other side of the caves, past Ishad'nha. Take a look around Shurugeon Castle, you'll find a small graveyard around there. Good luck, and watch out for the Mantraps...

Hey, thanks for the quick help. I just bought this game for $8 at a Thanksgiving sale because I liked the box. I usually play Might and Magic, but like this pretty well! I love the 6 character thing but have had some trouble figuring things out. I'll be careful of those mantraps and will read before I venture out. Perhaps I should do the snake temple first?

Welcome to the board, Fishman!!!
Oh YES - do the Serpent Temple before heading west out of Ishad N'ha! Those Mantraps are very hard the first time you meet them and if you haven't gained the experience you will in the Serpent Temple, well - you're toast! Hope to see more of you on the board! Wyv |

Hey, thanks for the welcome. I imagine I'll be on here, and some others quite often. I love these kinds of games. I played my first "The Bards Tale" on a Commodore 64, and have loved them since. I saw Pools of Radiance at the store and believe that looks awesome. If anyone has any advice on buying it, for a beginner, let me know. I love these things but sometimes let them interfered with work LOL ... Todd

this is off topic, of course, *grin* but to answer fishman about pool of radiance, i wouldn't recommend it. it's buggy and it's basically a hack n' slash game where you have to trudge through many large dungeons. if you're still new to rpg's, there are far better games than POR. Like W&W for example. *grin*

On the box, it kinda looked like a Diablo style game. I loved Diablo. Is that not the case? Thanks for the input, and Wizards and Warriors is awesome
