I was just wondering if the Stout King has to live in order to complete the game. I followed Jared's advice and attempted stealing his key off of him so that I wouldn't have to mess with the Stout Mines. However, he caught me stealing and was furious. All the Stouts began attacking me, but I made it out of the mines with my Warlock. I kept his key though...
Just a question. If I don't have to have the guy alive, then I will continue on with the game. But, if he needs to be alive, then I will redo the Stout Mines. Thanx for any advice.

I was hoping this game had faction hits, I killed the King, because my pickpocket failed, stole all his loot. It may affect the ending of the game. I guess we wait and see. The Mavin sword did not kill me as I had hoped. Hehe. Nice Hammer he has too.
