It's never easy when someone moves on from this life. And when he leaves at such a young age, it's that much harder.

I grieve for your loss, and offer my condolences to you and your friend's family and friends. If you need someone to talk to, seek out your parents, a teacher, a counselor at school, a priest/rabbi/whatever, and even your old friends here at IW. We can all lend an ear to listen, and a shoulder to cry on.

When I go, I would like to be doing something I love. I hope that for your friend, it was so.

Peace.

It was. He LIVED for soccer and smiling every day. He was unique. Always there for you,a good friend who would never let you down or betray you... more people should be like him.

A friend of mine once noted that when you arrive in this world, everyone's smiling and you're crying. And when you leave, if you've done it well, everyone's crying and you're smiling. It sounds like your friend did it well.

I see nothing wrong with grieving that your friend is no longer here. I see nothing wrong with shedding a tear, or two, or two million. You can't pretend that he never existed, and things will remind you of him, and start it all over again.

Find comfort in the time you had with him. Find solace in what he meant to you. And find peace in the knowledge that life goes on after each of us passes along. You will make it through, in one way or another.

I am really sorry to hear that Xen...but it is a part of life, there are reasons why people die.
I have been through what you have been through many times before...2 of my friend commited suicide, my aunt commited suicide and my future uncle was killed.
It is the circle of life, but when it is your turn to go, you will see your friend in Heaven and you will once again be together

I'm sorry for your loss. Rest assured your friend is happy and at peace.

He is probably shooting goals up in heaven right now.

If you need anyone to talk to remember that we are all here!
