Stormy, I'm sure you'll be okay, can't be that bad. i mean, on the posotive side, you haven't had a heart attack, which could kill you. Ignore Mr. Donutring here. I'm sure he's jut winding you up.

The vomiting definitely sounds like you have some type of poison in your system. Go get it checked out as it does not seem like the bite and vomiting are a coincidence. Don't worry to much as most insect, and spider bites are generally not lethal. Just be thankful that the poisonous ones are usually very small.

why the hell does America spend more time crying about taxes and not enough time dealing with issues like these? C'mon America, Surely you can afford free doctor consultations and hospital emergency treatment. What is more important people or money?

Sorry about the rant Stormy. I hope you are all right. Please do go to the doctor ASAP. Coming from Australia you learn not to ignore "little bites" they can become very serious, very quick.

If it's not a spider bite it could be from a tick that got scratched off before you saw it. I'm slightly allergic to both and the bite will turn a large red area with a little blister in the middle. I usually have a fever in the area of the bite and will feel nauseous for several days. Taking regular allergy medicine while using antibiotics on the bite usually makes enough of a difference that I don't need to go to a doctor, but if it doesn't get any better in a few days or if you get a high fever and keep feeling sick go to a doctor.

[/QUOTE]In America? Money. The public have, to the best of my knowledge, been asked many times whether they want a publically-funded national health system. They don't.

The ironic thing is, I read a study once that said the cost to the taxpayer of running an NHS would be 1/3 of the taxes they pay to support medical insurance. Go figure.

well, it is getting better, i am not feeling sick anymore and the swelling is gone, but i think it might be something like an alergic rash that got infected, be cause now i have more bump on my arms that itch...and no i am not allergic to poison oak or ivy, hmm might be the dog, that is when i started itching alot was when we got him, but i can not get rid of him because my baby girl loves him to much she calls him gogo instead of jojo and anytime she does not see him she ask where gogo? she is only 1 1/2 but she knows things, lol
anywho i guess i can find some allergy meds and deal with it, i have learned to live with my cat...err umm my daughters cat he sleeps with both of them at there feet, he never has clawed them or got close to his face, he is like a guardian, he loves them, but the dog...grrrr i am ready to give him to a butcher...lol
