I like eggs for breakfast. Whenever possible I like to fertilize a few before work.

Just finished my usual breakfast

Two pieces of buttered toast and VEGEMITE and a glass of milk. Right on - I am ready for anything the day throws at me now

For breakfast?

Well, if its a slow day Ill take 15 mins out around about lunchtime. Junk food though, no time for anything remotely healthy.

Of course, if its busy, I wont get time for that and have to survive until suppertime. In which case, whatever I can cook. Which isnt much, cos Im a crap cook.

Usually 1 egg + 3 egg whites and a couple of pieces of wheat toast.

Sometimes I have grits.

Thx for all the answers.

Besides Grits-swallowers and Vegemite-lovers, I think you all have a sane and safe breakfast

Yeah, even those who don't eat at all : I've heard a nutritionist saying these wise words : "If you're not hungry, don't eat. Eat when you're hungry."

What a wise man, really
