It's a name I created for a character from baldur's gate. It's one of those, 'add a couple of suffixes and vowels to a base letter 'til you get something that could pass for a name' name.

it was my quake2 name.. magnetic, magnetism.. I loved the rail gun AKA gauss riffle based on electro-magnetism. When I played D2 i changed my name to magneticus... and named my chars things like Steroid-Maximus (a band) mace barb and Ballpin-maximus(Hammerdin).

though I sometimes use the following in chat

rubrduky
tikitorcher(tikitorture)
boogieman
boogiemonster
etc...

my first internet nick was ramjac... from 2 sources. First in Kurt Vonnegut Jr.'s book "JailBird" as a Global mega corp... that owned
