Which is better, the armor of comfort or the Full Plate?

I'm in Chapter 1. The full plate is for sale in Begger's Nest.
Is it worth paying that much for?

I found some Mithril armor that takes me to AC 21, about 26 when I equip my sword and shield instead of my bow.

Haven't come across anything that takes me higher yet, but I have only just started Chapter 3 and I have absolutely tons of gold waiting to buy me some better gear.

Ah well, to be rich is nice, just I hope to find something to spend it on, it is burning a hole in my magic bag LOL. I have bought lots of magic bags though so I can cart everything along and don't have to keep unloading gear.

There are some NICE things for sale in Chapter 3, just look around! But everything is expensive, though, so that money won't last as long as you think...

there's a real nice armor for high dex characters available in port llast - Armor of Shadow Legion or something like that. it's got a base AC 2, +4 Armor modifier and allows +6 dex modifier. and it looks really nice too . i can get my AC up to 34 when using a shield and Cat's grace, that's pretty good for chapter 2 i think.

Armor of the Storm is real nice too for light armor. I think it's 3 armor rating and either a +3 or +4 AC bonus. It also has 10 spell resistance and 10 fire/sonic resists? may be another elemental type. In chapter two, i found several for sale or looted.

back to his question, it depends on the character. If you don't have a super human strength and the armor of comfort is 1-2 AC points worse but 40 pounds lighter, I;d select it in a no brainer.
