Torin Trouble

Ok Guys and Girls and Whiskas- What the heck am i doing wrong....

One of the quests near the Dragon Spire is to pass a letter to a Priest named Torin (I think this is his name - work has prevented W&W enjoyment for a while so the name maybe wrong)

Ok so Ive got the quest, got the letter, and Ive found him, talking to him yada yada yada

But for some reason I cant give him the letter!!!!
Ive tried Use and placed the letter in Inv and on characters body but when USE occurs it doesnt show the letter
Ditto when I try GIVE

Featherstone is most miffed and numerous clandestine trips to the Boogre Bar have not helped my attitude (or hangover)

BTW Its Torins Arrow quest - not a letter

OK - Torrin is the Dragon Arrow quest. You get the dragon arrow from the Bushi-dojo in Ishad-Na. If you already have the arrow, all that is necesary is to talk to Torin and GIVE him the arrow. I believe you have to give one arrow to Torrin for each character that has the quest. Check to see if his inventory is full...buy an item from him and then try to give the arrow.

If you are talking about the Letter quest from the Temple in Ishad-Na then you need to find Jathil (sp...been a bit for me too). As I remember it, Jathil is walking about around the entrance to the Spire. If not there then near the 'upper left hand' part of the Ishad-Na map. He has 'mystic' robes on I believe blue/purple in color and keeps talking about finding a grave yard of his ancestors.

macoati probably has spotted your problem. Torin's inventory is full. Trade or pickpocket (save first) something from him so he has space to accept the arrow.

I'll agree -- Torin's backpack does get full fairly quickly. If everyone is getting the quest, the fifth or sixth character can get stuck. You just get told "Torin doesn't accept the arrow.". It can also happen if you sell some things to Torin.

Buy the dragon arrows back! They're rather cheap, and when you've got 'em back, you can enchant 'em later so your fletching ranger can make you many more of them. That will be the end of your money troubles.
