Going through the secret door to the portals to the lower levels

3. Describe the error/bug/mistake:
Camera screws up royally, locking itself in a fixed position, and start to jitter if you attempt to move it into another position.

4. Is your character good or evil?
Lawful Neutral.

I've gotten two character screwed by this camera bug now, it's really starting to annoy me.

Hmmm.. Anyone else get this weirdness? I think I know what MAY be causing it.. The Skullport Thief SHOULD cast "invisibility" on himself, but doesn't. That has to be it.. Or it's a bug ??

I'll check on it right now.

Z, I was exploring lastnight in Skullport and came across your secret warp-level to 10, 11 and 12. Unfortunately, that's when the camera-jitter-stuck-in-one-position problem that StigTC reported on hit me. Twice. With 2 different characters. At first I thought it was the client piece on my side, but it wasn't. There's something up with that room (as soon as you go through the sewer grate) Unfortunately, the server remembers your character's camera perception preference and carries it through to the next levels thereafter (I suspect it would be ok once the server gets reset because the characters affected are fine when they're imported into other games) and quitting the game and coming in with the same character doesn't help unless the server resets (because the server remembers where you were and loads you in that spot and applies all the settings it remembers)

Guess until that is fixed, I'll be using the scenic route to get from level 3 to 13. ;-P

The camera bug does get reset with the server reboots.
Just found out

The invisibility bug is still there though, it pretty much makes Valas Dwarven Warhammer useless to me, because Trolli wont selects his next target automatically when they're invisible, but close enough to be seen.

I am alos getting the fixed position camera bug. It wasn't doing it to me yesterday. but now it is happening. As soon as I go through the grate then the camera fixes itself into a position and you can not fix it.

I tried redoing my camera setting and video settings nothing worked.

Any idea on when a fix will be released for the camera jitter bug.

I'm quite happy to walk all the way down as it is quite fun.

But just checking to see if you know what might be causing it.

Thanks.
