I have a crappy connection at home, it usually connects at 33k
Is there a chance I could play this MOD? Or will I just make it less fun for everyone else?
I will most likely buy HOTU at some point anyway, but if you guys think there is a chance of me being able to play, I will definantly get it soon

Sure theres chance! The question is, how long will it take you to download all 400Mb of the hakpaks! If you were local, I could burn 'em for ya.

Hive you will need HOTU to play. You need NWN pluss all the expansions + the two hakpacks. You won't need the portrait pack yet (I don't think its ready)

It will be slow loading on some areas but we have had many people play on dialup.

Just check the system requirements for HotU as well as they went up from the original NWN specs. Wellard had that problem.

HiveTyrant, I would advise purchasing the Platinum Edition instead of buying Hordes Of The Underdark. That way you can sell your original NeverWinter Nights and Shadows Of Undrentide to someone that does not have them already - making some of your money back. Of course, I don't know if the Platinum Edition is available in Australia yet. If it is, get that as ought be around the same price as Hordes Of The Underdark is by itself, if not perhaps $10 (CDN) more. And that would give you absolutely everything you need.

You will, however, need to get the CEP (version 1.01 or better).
