chapter 4 spawn missing (spoilers)

Arr, mateys, there be massive spoilers ahead.

Hokay. So.

I have BG2 installed with the patch/fixes/mods order as suggested by the forum sticky thread. My party made it to Brynnlaw and killed Perth for the wardstone to gain entry to Spellhold. Used the wardstone to open the front door, went inside, no Administrator. Okay. Tried reloading and sleeping a few times. Nothing. Tried leaving to go talk to Desharik, the other way to get into Spellhold. Entire party turned to stone. (I'm guessing that's so you can't pick one way and go back and do the other way to get all the exp.) Tried searching the forum to see if someone had similar misfortunes. Someone did. Someone suggested in a reply to try and spawn the Administrator's creature file, and after about an hour and a half of rifling through Infinity Explorer, I found the creature file "ppireni1" and lo and behold, CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("ppireni1") does the trick. Game runs without a hitch.

Any idea how this may have happened?

Or I should say, almost runs without a hitch.

I spawned the administrator, and after running around for a while with the admin, I noticed that none of the inmates had spawned on the map either, not even the ones who have dialogues (Dradeel, Aphril, Tiax, etc). But then the Irenicus that spawns when the party enters Spellhold via Desharik dimension doored in and I got sucked into the plot. (And I wanted to loot all those tables.) Let's see how it goes from here.
