SciFi Channel's Tinman
New SciFi Channel miniseries coming up! Looks based on the Wizard of Oz.
http://www.scifi.com/tinman/ Not sure if I'll catch it right off when it first airs, or later on a repeat. But either way I'm definitely going to check it out, looks fun. |

Well maybe when it's all said and done you can get the DVD. I'll let you know if it's worth it.

Re: SciFi Channel's Tinman
LZ if the trailers are anything to go by I think that show will be amazing.
Not sure why they've called it Tinman, though... from what I saw he had hardly any airtime at all. I suppose we'll find out eventually though. Nice find! |

Re: SciFi Channel's Tinman
Yeah I know Dave, the Witch looks like she'll be getting a main focus. But it'll be cool to check out either way. Be nice to see something as well in December that isn't a Christmas movie LOL.

Re: SciFi Channel's Tinman
Do you know when the show is supposed to initially air? I personally don't have fox... so I'm going to get relatives to tape it for me, or just conveniently arrange to be over at their house when it's on... heh.

Re: SciFi Channel's Tinman
I just saw a commercial yesterday which said it starts this week.
Is there another way to see it, for those of us who don't have sci-fi channel? Edit: It starts on Dec 2nd, 9pm EST.

Re: SciFi Channel's Tinman
Caught the first episode last night, pretty good in my opinion. If you missed it, it's on again tonight at 7pm followed by episode 2 at 9pm. It's based very loosely around the Wizard of Oz storyline.
