Could some one please tell me where to get the potion of breath and what do you do with the heart of the damned. I know you combine it with something(I have it but can't remember the name) Also can you get 2 Eyes of Tyr( for both swords)???

I haven't played through far enough to know anything about the potion...

the Heart of the Damned can be used to upgrade a couple of items with Cespenar.

There is only one eye of Tyr available in the game. You must make a choice on which upgrade to go with...

I think breath potion is needed in Abazigal's lair to dive in some of the deeper pools of water.
