Skinner Murders Quest Help Please

After finding the tanner in the bridge district and killing his goons, I read the scroll and went to Umar to find the merchant it speaks of. I guess his name and he asks me to find a silver dragon to kill so he can complete the human flesh armor. Since I'm not evil, I tell him i will not kill the silver dragon. He says something about seeing me if i cross the runes. Where do I go from here to find the escaped tanner and "cross the runes" or whatever and end the quest?

Ok first you got to trademeet start up the druid grove quest finish it have jaheria kill the shadow druid boss(Not too tough). And get rid of the Djinns then a lady will approach you can say "Heroes of trademeet I need your help." and agree then you'll start a quest that will let you finish off reijek.

Unrelated to this quest is the Twisted Rune Easter Egg. To find it search the houses in the southwestern part of the Bridge District. You will need a Rogue Stone. It is not recommended you do this if your party is still fairly low level.
