well there is this proposed console (I cant remember the name at the moment but I have to find it, its really annoying me) and it is supposed to have a 3ghz processor and 200gb or so HDD, I cant remember any of the other specs, those were the ones that stuck out to me, but I will try and find a link.

Even if the PS3 is priced at $900 it would soon drop.

WOW, did you read the first link Ross gave? Some sort of new 'chip' processor system, making the console up to 1000x faster than PS2!
