No, as long as we don't space our customers, it's cool to do the 'kosher' stuff, like email, this, MSN games, etc. If an agent is getting low call scores, he/she might be stopped from this, but if you maintain actually doing your job, no biggie. The porn stuff is not acceptable under any circumstances though (rightly so). He needs to keep it out of the workplace!
