Where is Shrew Chisi?, one of the buji dojo's quests involves finding this guy, I have no idea where to start looking. I am in the brimloch part of the game already, and thought it was strange I hadnt run into him yet.

The Shrew is NE of the Shire...He is in a little alcove next to a lake...

Like most quest people/items, I don't think he appears until after you get the quest...
BTW, does anyone know of exceptions to that rule? I recall picking up the No-Dachi of the Rock before being told to (that was a nice sword). |
