I strongly disagree with you Jake. I appreciate that you will not be the only person with this kind of viewpoint, but I do not believe that any country should have to suffer this kind of atrocity. Nor do I believe that America is in any way trying to 'take on the world'.

I happen to believe that America is a fine example of a country. It has it's faults, but it also has the courage to try to realise a dream of a better future for humanity, which is more then can be said for many countries on this globe.

Further, as a resident of the UK, even I found your post in extremely poor taste, and I imagine our American members may be more then incensed by it. Please bear this in mind when posting, and try to show a little tact when expressing your viewpoint.
