Actually Stormy, reading helps you get to sleep as your mind STOPS thinking about all the tasks you have to do etc. and lets you escape into the book's world and you do get sleepy quite quickly. That's what I've always been told, tried it and it works.

Hey Lauren,

Vallium is always good!

Other thatn that do some exercise before bed (makes me tired), read, glass of warm milk all of that helps me sleep.

Valium is great! Also aviod having a coffee 2 hours before bed. The caffeine will keep you awake. I've been known to have a burbon or two to help me sleep on the odd occasion [img]graemlins/drinkup.gif[/img]

Yeah i read some fishing magazines in the bed then i fall a sleep in no time so reading is one of the best to get tired but it is another way who are wery good too but i will not mention that here but you must be two persons to do it hehe

Twister is a great way to help you sleep. If your lucky though you can play twister when you wake up as well LOL
