This may sound like a stupid question, but I have just started the proloque & have reached my first level-up but no access buttons have appeared at the upper right of the screen. Before I'm flamed, yes I've RTFM, yes yellow crosses have appeared on the portraits, yes level-up confirmation has appeared in the dialogue box, still no way to access the character record. what am I doing wrong or not doing right.
Awaiting answers whilst chewing fingernails.

Thanx all.

Ok firstly i'm not flaming you or being sarcy but I'm not sure if when u said 'the upper right of the screen' u were seeking the character record button or something different - as with IWD2 the whole interface is on the bottom (BG had it on the right hand side) and it looks like a quill and paper icon, and this should take you to the Character Record screen. (maybe you meant that u cant access it thru there either, just pointing it out for ya if u didn't)
Im just saying coz it took me awhile to find it lol as i'm so used to the older interface!

Or maybe if you accidently hit the "Y" button (on your keyboard), some of the interface icon will become hidden. In that case, hit the "Y" again to cycle the available settings. I know this happened to me once and it scared the shit out of me.
