In order to fix the problems I am having with Heart of Winter, it was suggested that I download & install TotLM. I don't know what TotLM means or where to download it from.

It stands for Trials of the Lure Master which is yet another expansion/patch to IWD.

TotLM is a mini expansion to HoW which adds a huge new area, with some new items and monsters and some minor stuff like new portraits and so on.
Most importantly it contains the latest patch (not found anywhere else as standalone) which fixes quite a few problem...
