Oblivion mods suggestions?

I just got my new computer and decided I want a new oblivion experience, haven't played in a year or so and the new rig can handle high graphics settings, unlike what I used last. Anyone up to date on the mod scene? I've been to the nexus but there are so many mods it's hard to choose. I want mods that will improve the game graphically and in gameplay.

Whilst I haven't played it myself, the total conversion mod "Nehrim" won some modders awards recently and has been gradually gathering a bit of a following and causing many people to reinstall the game.

I've played through all of the quest content in Oblivion and don't feel that motivated to test it right now - but this is definitely a mod I'd try out if that day arises again.

My last playthrough a couple of years ago had Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul which is also a handy mod. Just make sure you use something to get rid of the level scaling.
