Thought it might be useful if we create a list of bugs that we encounter especially if we can figure out the solutions, whatever they may be.

I have a couple to report and unfortunately I'm not going to do well on any of the names in this game (lol!)

So -

In Fargrove you're supposed to deliver a letter to Lord Wosname - which I did but that quest remains on my log.

In Skulroon V gave me the quest to get otherwosname's blood which I did. When I come back he asks if I have a letter of alliance which I don't and apparently cannot get. V tells me he will give me another quest which isn't described fully and does not show in my log.

The bug in the Arindale Fighter's Guild with being able to return the rented sword endlessly is still there as well.

I'm running 1.3 now, and Staroxia's quest (to get a shadow crystal for that dungeon in the northeast) is still on there, even though I've completed the dungeon.

I also had the video glitch kick up in the Tomb of Souls, which was annoying. Part of that glitch slowed down combat to a standstill as well; that could be really annoying if you get stuck in one of the places where you've got to finish off a series of appearing beasties (like after Vartogg's challenge); I don't know if the "end of appearing beastie" bug is still there in 1.3 or not, but I'm not interested in finding out at the moment [img]smile.gif[/img]

And the trinket-equipping bug is still there, with some trinkets swapping places with others instead of taking the open slot. I accidentally took a ring off last night, and eventually I got *some* ring back on. I don't even know if I like that one or not, but at least it's on...

And finally, there are some movement glitches. You can get stuck in the terrain in certain areas (primarily outdoors, but the two-floating island room with the four Athena blockers in the Shadow Ruins comes to mind as well). Often you can jump or backflip out, but not always... Remember Mama Hissy's words, and save early, save often [img]smile.gif[/img]

Here's a few I've found ...
( I am running version 1.3 )

Another movement glitch: When in the sewers, and you are in the sewerage, don't try climb back up onto any part of a ledge that has the small grate leading down to the edge of ledge. You get your foot stuck under the grate, and can't move or jump your way out.

Skill boxes do not accurately show "required skill levels" accurately, after the first level.

Sisterhood promotions will be offered, and promotion quests given, even though your character may not meet the minimum ability or skill levels. Don't yet know if this bug happens at the other guilds ...

the quest that the V guy from skuldoon gives you after you can't get the letter has several bugs... he tells you you have to go talk to "the messenger" bringing the princes blood to lure him, and that's right, but in your quest log it jumps straight to going to the tomb of souls to negotiate with the demon. When you go to the tomb of souls the magic mouth won't let you in because you don't have the password, which is what the messenger gives you.

The bug with promotion requirements exists for all classes. IOW, there are no skill requirements

If you return the sword of flame to the Arindale Armory, you can get your 500GP "refund" as many times as you want, as long as you do it then. Once you stop talking to the shopkeeper, the option goes away.
