Diet soda makes me retch it's so nasty. The only one I can stand to drink is diet Dr. Pepper.

I used to pound down about 3 12oz cans a day when I was about 14, but now I'm down to about 1 or 2 a day, and not every day either. When I run out it's usually a couple days before I go get a fresh 12 pack

And empty calories or not, less is better than more right?

I haven't tried that yet, probably will eventually just out of curiosity. Must say I'm surprised to hear you, Lady Blue, concerned about carbs/calories LOL, you really don't need to, you look very slim. Just remember that carbs are something the body does need, especially if you are outside doing something physical, especially in the summer, so don't cut that out totally. That Atkins diet so many are on worries me, I can see cutting down but cutting out totally? eh.

I agree with LadyZ on the slim looking part... I guess.

LB, less SODA is better, who cares if you're drinking diet or C2 or Light? It's still a soda. Drink what you want!

LOL, 1-6 cans per day Blind Prophet? Kinda random I guess then LOL? Six a day I think would be a bit much. It's so easy to get addicted to drinking mostly just soda. Myself, I only drink in total about one soda a day now. I've really gotten into drinking these Vitamin Waters, they are pretty good, like a Gatorade (watery) atm. Drinking soda all the time also is hard on your teeth, as it settles along the gumline in a kind of syrupy fashion (if you've ever seen a leftover glass with leftover soda puddles/drops, you'll see what I mean). Don't get me wrong, I LOVE soda LOL, especially those Mountain Dew Live Wires.
