Blacklist looks cool -- poor daniel jackson looks so old now (Stargate).
But he's an awesome actor!

Intelligence -- that lead guy was from Stargate Universe.. part of the Lucian Alliance that boarded the Destiny..

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. looks AWESOME.. I worry about the budget though.. could hurt the show.. but I hope it gets huge ratings to deter that.

Almost Human -- again, looks awesome! About time we get some more sci-fi TV! And I like that lead actor (played bones in Star Trek). He's funny as hell too.. IRL.

Also hoping Continuum isn't cancelled.. its interesting as well.

True....I actually missed even more when thinking of
NCIS CSI GRIMM etc...they all start up in the fall.

I actually ran afoul Supernatural - got really tired of the whole Dean-Sam thing and bonked the show - so when I fell like it I've got two seasons to catch up on hehe

in regards to continuum - it never catched me - I only saw the first episode and I quickly stopped it as I felt it was amateurly done and the acting was horrific - was I decieved by a pilot show and does it get better?

I came close to dropping it as well. Season 7 was just a mash up. But with only two more seasons to go, I figured I would stick it out. Just got season 8 dvds. Season 9 is supposedly the last.

We don't have TV at the house. Yes we own a tv (3 actually) but we aren't hooked up to cable or satellite. Everything we watch is on DVD. We get news online from CNN and BBC, and we have an online subscription to NYTimes. And I can stream most of the sports I want to watch which isn't that much anymore.

Even new release movies on Blu-ray or dvd are cheaper than tickets for 2 at the theater these days. We religiously hit the 5$ bargain bins. We just picked up Independence day on Blu-Ray for $5.

Some good looking show's there, I hope they make it to the UK!
I think Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. starts soon here, can't wait.
Prices for the cinema are mad here too, been to see 2 films this year, the most in ages. Superman and Pacific Rim. I snuck in some snacks as well.

same here.. Star Trek and the new Riddick movie..

dunno.. just rather watch it at home with Donna.. It's quiet, and no idiots kicking seats, talking, and we can pause it to do whatever.. Blu Ray is just fine.. Don't really care about 3D.. its 'nice' but IMAX is better! (rather no 3D in IMAX).. HUGE screen!!
