what will happen if i mix good and bad NPCs?!! will something happen?!!!

In some cases, Evil and good characters obviously won't get along. They have different objectives and opinions so it's only logical they may clash. There are three known pairs of NPCs that fall out among themselves, I suggest you just take into your party who you want and then find out.
Naturally, if you play a good-aligned character, the best thing to do is to take along good or neutral NPCs, and when you play an evil character, to take along neutral or evil NPCs.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I can tell you that Minsc and Edwin can end up in a fight. Minsc kills him. It happenend for he. I know from a friend that Minsc in the middle of the city got pissed because Jan Jansen said something. Minsc started hammering around him and killed some of the people who passed by.
