Hi, I am having problems starting the game and was wondering if anyone had some suggestions.
The game loads fine, and plays the intro. When the actual game starts, the screen is completely grey. I see the mouse cusor and a tiny flame in the distance, and when I move the mouse around a box with a NPC name comes up. I hear the voice of a guard tellng me to follow him but cannot as I have no graphics. I am running Win XP on a 2.2 GHz P4, 1 gig memory, Geforce 4 4600 w/latest reference drivers. |

heya!
here's the official fix for that problem: ISSUE: My screen is gray in game. I still see pop-ups, but everything renders a gray haze. This is a problem if you have your Fog Emulation Table turned off. By default, it should be on, but some people have changed this setting. To change it back: START Control Panel Double click Display Click Settings Click Advanced Click on your GeForce Tab Click Additional Properties Click on the Direct3D Tab Place a check mark in the box for Enable Fog Emulation Table __________________________________________________ ____________ sorry, but that's all i could find so far. let me know if that works or not, and i can try looking some more. I checked my fog table setting and it turned out to be disabled. Turned it on and the game works great. Thanks a lot for the help.
