Ok. So I just bead Drakk on novice lvl with v1.0. Now I have all the patches. Should I just continue on to the next difficulty lvl, or should I do the Journey in Uma quest?

Just wanting an opinion from those of you who've been there.

Well I say try Uma on Novice cause it IS a bit harder IMO (That means In my Opinion right?) hehe. But i havent played it allt he way through. i say go for it, just back up your characters if you can.

My opinion for what its worth is to play the game to legend level before going to play custom quests.

The reasoning is that if you have got to lvl 60 playing the normal game you will have a very good appreciation of all the standard quests and how to best deal with your characters strengths and weaknesses.

Don't run blindly to the next level.

Either way - Have fun

That's great advice Mouse. You know how to answer a damn question don't 'cha? Probably the reason you're a mod (or 1 reason at least). I a member of about 5 or 6 forums and this one is about the most helpful I've seen.
