[/QUOTE]Do this: < a href = internet addy here in quotes> Put the text you want here < / a > without the spaces between < and / and a and >. Like this My little girl (use the quote feature to see my coding).

Hi all. I'm having a great day at work today. I came up with a list of things that I felt could be improved to make our team work together better and the managers that I presented it to were thrilled with the report. Not only did they feel I had good ideas, but they liked that I spoke up about it. They said that they've had trouble getting anyone to talk about what they wanted from the company and they loved that I had the guts to stand up and speak. One of them even wants to have another meeting tomorrow to brainstorm some ideas on how we could fix those problems.

It's nice to have a good day once in a while I just hope they remember this in 6 months when it's time for raises/promotions (if I'm still here that is). One manager let it slip and then tried to cover that there may be a promotion in my future. Let's see if I can get things to improve around here (at work, not at the cafe), then it might be worth sticking around...

Ahh you want it in your signature. [img]smile.gif[/img] Then you must use UBB code. That would look a little something like this:
code:

A new transformers movie![/URL]
[/QUOTE]That should work in your sig. [img]smile.gif[/img] (if you want the link to say a new transformers movie that is.
