My character can therefore decide to run out directly to the right, or go south to the kitchen, then left through the back door.

OOC: yep, thats right. BD = back door if you run southward, you will eventually get in the mage's sight (because he is chasing you)

you can grab on some vase, shoes, clothes... (in the shop), but it is rather heavey and not a very conviniant missle weapon, [img]tongue.gif[/img]

You heard the footsteps and Uncle Briggs' curse. The unfortunate merchant quieted immediately as he smelled trouble.

Hurriedly, you dashed out. You reached the abandoned house in the back of the temple.

Scrambling towards the almost hidden spot, she shoves the items into her pocket ~ Come on, come on! ~ The frantic silent urge driving her trembling hands towards the panel.

You entered the darkness once more. Closing the gate behind you just in time, you heard the angry foot steps.

Slowly, you walk down into the library below. What is in front of your eyes startled you. There is light in the room. The originally dark, intense, lightless room now glowed a blue metalic light. The light is soft, yet enchanting, as if having a life of its own. You feel a compulsive calling.

Slowly open the door, you saw the light source. The blue light came in a gate shape on the wall beside the book shelf. There are markings in the middle of the gate, examing closely, they could be nothing but hand writing, perhaps the work of a wizard. And surprisingly, on top of the gate is the holy symbol of Istar, the watchful eye glowed peacefully.

You don't understand the words, but you are able to pronounce the words...

You heard a loud bang upstairs. Apparently, the mage is trying to break in.

I dont want to make choices for you, you can choose to say the words (the arcane markings on the wall) out loud now, or you can do it later. it is up to you.

second, a heroine needs to have some ground shaken experiences to make her special... which is exactly whats happening to you now... lets wait and see
