The game is still open, use the guidelines for creating a human character and send me a background story. (6 stat points for primary attribute, 4 for secondary, and 3 for tertiary)

The more detailed the background the more specific your character, relatively generic backgrounds get relatively generic capabilities (ie non-specialized).

I would like to note that if anyone has any issues/comments/concerns with the way the game is being run feel free to talk to me about it, I try to be open minded towards criticism

Any good?

A Ghoul actually, in the movie blade they called them familiars (remember the cop) basically a human who is fed vampire blood every now and then, it just goes to show, that Gaia's defenders are fighting a losing battle, they're numbers are dropping, and vampires are increasing at the normal rates.

Erm, my char's bio is a tad long, just a warning... ^^;

I hope the stats are about right, I was a bit confused by the system. ^^;

Bio:
Gwynne Lanien was a little short for her age of 19, at only 5’4, and was of a light build. Her silvery blonde hair was cut in a loose bob from the 1920s, clinging to her neck in the back and swooping down to brush just below her jaw in the front. Her past was not one of the best, and as far back as she could remember, she’d lived in a small girl’s orphanage. She couldn’t remember her parents, no matter how hard she concentrated. All that came to mind was a fuzzy image of grays and whites, and sobbing and anger in the background. Gwynne didn’t even know if “Gwynne Lanien” was her real name. That was what the ladies at the orphanage had said was her name, but she suspected that they knew even less about her origin than she did.

Once she reached the age of 17 ˝, Gwynne moved out to live on her own, having never been adopted. The strange shade of hair and eye color she had seemed to make the adults uneasy, so none of the visitors ever asked for her. Gwynne’s blue violet eyes’ bright and sharp gaze made her appear older than she was, and unnerved people when she stared or glared at them.

Gwynne went through jobs like water, working here or there, and never very good jobs; she usually worked at some store at the mall or a grocery. Usually she quit her job because she had been stealing, or the guys started to harass her. Gwynne found stealing easy to do – she had the build of a thief, and was quite flexible and quick on her feet. And her personality always lulled people into a false sense of security around her. So Wham! Bam! She’d rob the store blind and get out, quick as a blink, with none the wiser. But once, Gwynne wasn’t quick enough. When she was running away from the angry manager from her last job, she almost ran into a car speeding down the road. As it was, she saw stars and blacked out for a bit. The manager didn’t want to get involved in the possible charges that could be brought against him for his involvement in the near death of his employee, so he left Gwynne and the people in the car to fend for themselves.

When Gwynne came to, she was in a Mercedes, a pretty deluxe car. The guy sitting in the back with her, holding her head gently in his lap, matched the surroundings, wearing an expensive silk suit. However, the suit seemed to be currently wearing her blood on it, much to her dismay, but the guy assured her it was okay. She must’ve blacked out again, because all she could remember afterwards was being forced to drink some liquid that Gwynne thought was probably a drug of some sort, and feeling her veins catch on fire and suddenly feeling good all over, as if she had died and gone to Heaven. When she came to again, she was back in her own apartment on her own bed. The good sensations were gone, and she had a slight headache from her impact with the car, but there wasn’t any blood gushing from her anywhere, so Gwynne cut her losses. For awhile she thought it had been a dream – although she avoided her last manager just in case – when, while walking home late one night, the familiar Mercedes pulled up next to her, and the guy beckoned to her to jump in.

He took her to lots of fancy places and lavished her with expensive gifts, but she always loved the end of their nighttime “dates,” when he gave her that drug. Gwynne did not like drugs, and never smoked, but she was hooked on the crimson liquid ever since the first time he forced it down her unconscious throat. The guy was always kind and gentle, and laughed at Gwynne’s reactions and behavior, which sometimes irritated her. He wouldn’t tell her his name, so she started to call him “Barakah,” because of his pale complexion, and this earned her another endearing laugh from her strange companion. He taught her a lot over the months he spent with her, and when she discovered some of the strange abilities she had gained from the drug, like jumping up higher than normal, and the ability to sneak up quickly and quietly on people, “Barakah” helped her learn how to handle her new skills. Once, Gwynne told her new companion how someone at work kept bothering her, and she was thinking of quitting. He had gotten very quiet and ended their “date” sooner than usual, and didn’t even give her the drug that night. The next day, she read in the newspaper how her coworker had been found dead in his house due to heart failure.

Gwynne never questioned “Barakah’s” strange behavior of only appearing at night and never being hungry when they went out to eat, among other things. Five nights ago, he told her that he had to go on a business trip, and if she was ever in trouble, to go to a certain casino – he had the address written on a napkin. Since then, she hadn’t seen him. Gwynne skulked around the casino, hoping that he was there, but never saw “Barakah,” even when she went and hung around outside the casino at night. Recently she had found herself increasingly attracted to people, and kept having the strange urge to… she didn’t even want to think of it. This latest development bothered her, and she wanted his advice. That, and she was also longing for that crimson drug of his. She felt herself pining away for it, listlessly walking past the casino over and over again, instead of going to work. He had given her enough to live off of sumptuously, and she was still very good at stealing – even though “Barakah” disliked that particular habit of hers – but she missed her strange companion, and when she thought about him Gwynne sometimes didn’t think she could go on.

She licked her lips. She was thirsty again. No matter how much she drank and no matter what she drank, Gwynne could not quench her body’s thirst for that crimson liquid.

Note- “Barakah” means “white one”

Whatcha think? :3
Looks good, as far as stats, you have one more point to put into your main stat group, and one less in your least important group. (this may be modified by me via background interpretation (at least one other player had a stat point bumped up due to background story, but this took away from his other skill points just so everyone doesn't think it was a freebie.

other than that good character, and welcome to the game.

*Note for vampires, and ghouls*

In the PM's I sent out with character special abilities I mentioned things you could do with the vampiric blood running through your system, since I didn't have the book available at all times while writing the information for you I've included below things you can do with blood (I don't mention disciplines or magic as that information is specific to each player, and no one should know what you've got until you show your hand).

Spending blood: One point of blood is used each night upon waking, such is the price of walking the earth after your husk should be buried.

you can spend blood to heal yourself from bashing, or lethal damage (bashing is blunt trauma, i.e. fists, kicks, baseball bats, chairs, chains, etc) (Lethal is injury from most other things (electrocution, stab wounds, cutting from bladed weapons, bullets, etc) at a rate of 1 per round (or if you are an older vampire and can spend more blood per round you can heal at a faster rate)

Aggravate damage (caused from things that are not easily repaired, like acid, fire, sunlight-ghouls are not affected by sunlight- the teeth of vampires, the teeth/claws of other supernaturals like werewolves, or chainsaw injuries) is healed at a rate of 1hp per day and costs another blood point automatically.

(normal humans do not take aggravated damage, only lethal and bashing)

one blood point may be spent to increase your physical stats on a one for one basis (str, dex, stam) for approximately an hour, they cannot be raised above 6 ie one blood point rases your strength from 5->6 for an hour, you may then spend another to raise your dex by one point, or stamina.

blood may be fed to other vampires (point for point)

blood may be given to mortals, or animals to create ghouls (the more they drink the blood the more loyal they become (after three drinks they are slavelike and totally subservient to your will, same goes for vampires)

blood may be spent to recreate the appearance of life (flushed skin, warmth, draw breath normally)
